That completely depends on which kind of room you choose. If you like to reside alone, you can opt for a private room, if you like to stay with a roommate, you can choose between two sharing rooms, three sharing rooms, or four sharing rooms. You can even choose a premium suit if you like.

We are sorry to let you know that no friends and visitors are allowed at Cozy. However, there are a few exceptions, if you already have approval from the property manager. Please refer to the visitor’s section of our housing policy for further details.

Of course, We like to cover all the legal documentation when you sign up with us, which also includes your rent agreement.

Of course, you can. When booking the room through our website, there is an option called ‘Schedule a Visit’. You can just click it and schedule the date and time of your visit.

Of Course, you can, if you like a room, you can reserve it for just INR 1000. If you change your mind later, you can just contact the team and we will refund it for you .

Yes, you can. The amount will be credited to your account within seven business days after cancellation.

For both students and working professionals, the minimum duration of your stay is one month.

To check the booking details and status, all you have to do is to log in to our web application and check your profile for your booking details and status.

No, Cozy Stay offers separate PG facilities for both Men and Women.

To complete your move in with us, you have to complete a minimal documentation process that requires government id proof and your college or work identification. As our entire process is paperless, you can effortlessly complete the procedure within seconds.

We are sorry to let you know that no pets are allowed inside the property. However, there are a few exceptions based on which property you are staying in.

Cozy Stay is fully prepared with our strict anti-covid19 safety protocols. We have carried out all the precautions to ensure the safety, health and hygiene of our residences such as setting up thermal scanners on all entries and exits, well-sanitized rooms and beds, and daily sanitization on frequently touched surfaces.

This completely depends on the property you are staying at. But you’ll have the option to choose your mealtime according to your preferences.

The answer to that question completely depends on which property you are staying at. However, all of our Cozy Stay networks are equipped with common appliances such as toasters, microwaves and kettles for our residents to use to make snacks and small meals if they wish.

We like to pamper our residents. We believe that your time is way too precious to be cleaning your room. So we have our own professional housekeepers to make your room clean and spotless.

We do offer parking spaces for two-wheelers and four-wheelers. However, this completely depends on which property you are staying at.

You can pay your monthly rent from the 1st to the 5th of every month. Don’t worry about forgetting the date, cause we will send you a reminder before the rental date.

You have to pay INR 5000 as a security deposit while booking your stay with us and don’t worry this will be refunded when you vacate our property.

Yes, the security deposit will be refunded to you when you leave the property. However, this is only applicable if you completed the minimum duration of the stay.

Yes, we do. If you wish to relocate to a new Cozy property, then all you have to do is give us a call and we will handle the rest.
